One events, inc. strives to reflect the best of Los Angeles’ Event Hospitality industry by providing professional Model Event Staff and proficient front-of-house Signature Event Staff support for some of Southern California’s most exclusive event collaborations, caterers, planners, and connoisseurs of exquisite lifestyle experiences.

Inspired by nearly twenty years of hands-on experience working within the Events industry, Nickolas Potocic built One with the vision of curating an industry-leading agency that would hand-select event staffing professionals who would exemplify the archetype of service excellence he had learned and cultivated during his own rise from the floor through to an owner.

Nickolas Potocic grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where his family continues today to own and operate his hometown’s oldest bar/restaurant (formerly a historic hotel his great grandfather purchased from Schlitz Brewery back in 1921). As a forth generation hospitality professional in his family, Nickolas was steeped in the art of the “of service” mentality, quite literally from the cradle.

Once in Los Angeles, Nickolas naturally gravitated towards working behind the scenes in the Events industry where he was introduced to an elevated style of service and hospitality through some of the city’s most reputable planners, caterers and staffing agencies. After collaborating with a business partner to launch an Event Staffing/Model Staffing agency in the 00’s, Nickolas went solo in 2012 to create One events, inc.

Nickolas enjoys hiking and getting lost (often not on purpose) throughout the vast mountain scapes of Southern California; he loves to entertain for family and friends, recreating many of the menus he and his Grandmother cooked together while he assisted her in his family’s restaurant growing up.
