Hello Team Hermès,

 

Tomorrow's big job is upon us, and all staffing notes and attachments have been posted. Please take a few moments to review everything thoroughly today to avoid any misunderstandings.

 

A few important reminders:

 

• Review all staffing information immediately.

 

 

• Your call times have been adjusted earlier, so please confirm your updated arrival time.

 

 

• Grooming and Attire Protocol is paramount on this event. You have been booked as a Model Staffer, and the client is expecting a flawless presentation. The Attire Profile is WHITE BISTRO, so please ensure your shoes, pants, belt, socks, t-shirt, and dress shirt are clean, pressed, polished, and event-ready.

 

 

• You will be parking in a garage in Century City and taking a shuttle to the residence venue. Please plan to arrive 20+ minutes early to allow time for parking and navigation. You must be on the shuttle at your scheduled call time.

 

 

 

• At this stage, we can no longer accept call-outs, as attire has already been rented on your behalf. Any call-out at this point will result in the Team Member being billed for the rental cost.

 

 

This is a very high-profile event, so please bring your most polished professional self. Lots of smiles, positive energy, and a strong service mindset are expected throughout the day. This client books a significant number of Model assignments, and strong performance tomorrow can help earn you a spot on their preferred staffing list. I will be receiving all post-event staffing reviews directly from the client.
